Special and Spare Parts
"No way" is no way for us
GMP provides mechanical special parts and components for a wide range of machineries and plants. The maintenance of amortized machinery can become very time-consuming if the manufacturer no longer exists or if the urgendly needed spare parts are out of stock. In moments like this, we help our customers.
Our delivery possibilities:
- gearing parts: spur gear, worm wheel, bevel gears, sprockets,…
- turned, milled and cast parts with different post-treatments
- spindles and guides
- mounted assemblies
- complex precision parts
- components in common materials but also in special materials like Hastelloy or Monel
All we need are drawings, data records or samples of the (defect) parts or components. All for the production base created drawings and data records will be afterwards available for our customers for documentation.
On request, we will also optimize the wearing parts in cooperation with you. As a result you will be able to reduce downtimes and the lifetime of your machinery will be extended.
